It was time to take a vacation, long time in comming for that matter, my wife and I have not been out of the country for more than two years. We have never been to Costa Rica, so we thought now is as good a time as ever. We flew into San Jose and took the long drive north to Playa Grande. Enjoyed the surf (head high range) and surrounding area for 5 days then made our way down to Playa Hermosa. Stayed in Hermosa for 6 days (surf in the over head to head high range) and checked out the local sites. The Costarican people are friendly and will go out of their way to help you out if needed as we found out more than once. Traveling by car there is way different than in the USA, I will leave it at that. We had a great time there, enjoy the shots!
